Yoga Nidra/Dolphin Meditation

Yoga Nidra is a systematic way of turning away from the senses. It works on the subtle bodies which are called the “sheaths” in the yoga teachings. First is the physical, then the energetic, followed by the mental/emotional sheath, the witness sheath, and the sheath of bliss. It turns these aspects “off” (or inward) systematically allowing one to go into deep meditation. The technique is also a powerful way to remove blockages in all the subtle bodies for true inner transformation.
