Pilates

Pilates is a form of mind-body exercises, that emphasize strengthening the core muscles;  abdominals, back, and pelvic muscles.  The Pilates Mat sessions incorporate the use of toning rings, balls, and tubing all to help improve posture, flexibility, and strength.  Private and small group Pilates Mat sessions are offered at Dolphin Touch Wellness Center or at your location to create strong core muscles which helps prevent back injuries and improve posture.
