Nicole works with spirit to help others awaken their inner truth through their heart. She uses both her natural gifts of intuitive energy healing and trained abilities to empower her clients own inner healing gifts. Depending on the particular needs of her clients she may use crystals, Chinese Traditional Medicine (TCM), five elements, emotional balancing, energy healing, Reiki, spiritual counseling or a combination of these techniques. In addition, Nicole developed a technique known as Chi Yoga which was the topic of her thesis while studying for her Doctor of Naturopathy. Chi Yoga combines the elements of Chi Gong and Yoga to aid with healing, self empowerment, or simply as a daily tune-up.

Nicole's personal and professional interest has given her the opportunity to travel the world. However, the mana of Kauai has drawn her to live permanently on the island of Kauai to further her personal learning interests.

Nicole has been visiting Kauai for more than decade and has always felt a very deep passion and longing to be part of the spiritual islands Mana. In 2007, Nicole and her husband Don have been blessed to finally taken permanent residence in Kauai. To pursue and further her connections and spirituality with the land and marine life. These natural connections are very deep as Nicole possess the ability to telepathically communicate through and with the dolphins, whales and the endangered Hawaiian monk seals. Also she has moved to her new spiritual home to share her many gifts and talents with others to bring as much joy and happiness to the world as possible.

Nicole received her Doctor of Naturopathic Sciences through Ahimiki Institute of Holistic Theology. She was awarded the Bachelor of Divinity and is recognized in Ministerial Counseling and metaphysical Healing. She is a recognized certified Yoga instructor by the Yoga Alliance organization. Nicole also received her Reiki Master certification through Usui Shiki Ryoho.

Since a very young age in Minnesota, Nicole has always known there was a connection with body, mind and spirit. Before reaching high school, she taught gymnastics at a local recreation center as well as helping her friends with their many life challenges. Nicole has always been guided in work that involves helping others. While working at Dayton's Travel service, she attended night school to further her career in the travel industry and completed a course in Travel Career Development. During her 11 year tenure with Dayton's as a Travel Consultant she specialized in Hawaii, Caribbean and Cruise destinations.

After moving to Boca Raton, Florida she worked as an outside Travel Consultant for several more years. While always keeping up with fitness Nicole received her water aerobics certification. Then upon moving to Jacksonville she completed and received her certification with Aerobics and Fitness Association of America, (AFAA). While working as an aerobics and fitness consultant Nicole was introduced to Yoga.

She realized once again how important the connection between body, mind and spirit is. She chose to devote all her time to teaching Yoga. Over the years, Nicole has taught hundreds of students. Through private homes, businesses (such as HP and Kaiser Permante), yoga studios and fitness centers. Nicole received her Yoga teaching certification with Yoga Alliance in the highest degree possible RYT500. Knowing how important your core strength is to maintaining health and keeping yourself in balance she chose to teach Pilates. She is certified to teach the gravity Pilates machine as well as mat Pilates.

Experiencing how Yoga changed so many of her students lives she set out to learn more on the connection with body, mind and spirit. Nicole enrolled in Ahimki Institute of Holistic Theology. Nicole was awarded her degree of Doctor of Naturopathic Sciences. Also, she earned her Bachelor of Divinity in Ministerial Counseling and Metaphysical healing. She is recognized as a ordained minister.
